Technical support on the field
Our ambition is to provide the best technical support in the business. This makes it necessary -in most cases- to adjust either the process parameters (example: water/plaster ratio, mixing speed, mixing time, water temperature…) or the plaster characteristics in order to optimize the
plaster's performance.
That is why we have technical support engineers who go "on the field" to optimize the performance of our plasters in our customers' plants. By the way, from our experience : This looks obvious, but on the field, it's not so easy to respect the water-ratio required by a new plaster ! Since the workers have their
habits, as everyone else does, they will often tend to stick to the usual water-ratio even when they trial a different plaster. And this is the main cause of new plaster trial failure, whichever the "new" plaster assessed…
Each one of our customers has a different process, different products, raw materials, his own expertise and way of working, a specific environment (climate,
water purity, etc…). 
The key factor of success (and failure !) in plaster trials is the water-plaster ratio…
